They Love Us

I have been looking for a veterinarian clinic since pandemic & have recently had a "not so swell" experience with a clinic closer to home, but am more than happy to drive the extra distance to Horizon. My first interaction was with Danielle over the phone & she was so sweet and helpful that I knew this clinic would be a great fit for us. Dr. Reading has such a warm and caring presence about her, and her staff is friendly and accommodating. She put my mind at ease by patiently answering my questions & concerns & even tested a tumor I was concerned about while we were there. Another small, but sweet gesture, was by Dr. Readings Hubby who stopped to introduce himself & say hello to Sophie. It really is the little things that make a business stand out. Please give them a try, you & your furkids won't be disappointed.

Animals know……… my dogs were relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire visit, including tests and injections. The staff is kind, personable and efficient. Dr. Reading is amazing, there is no doubt she loves animals. So glad to have found Horizon!

I highly recommend Horizon Veterinary Care and especially Dr. Reading for all your veterinary needs. She and her staff are highly skilled and they go above and beyond when it comes to providing thorough and compasionate care. They are the best!

Personal, Professional, Praise worthy. The entire staff welcome our new and very sick kitten Vinny. Vinny had a critical illness that needed acute care and Dr. Anna Reading and her team, staff, and colleagues all jumped in with their clinical experience and developed a plan to help Vinny regain his health and overcome his illness quickly. This is a buisiness with people that are worth supporting and trusting with your pets health.

I almost hate to leave this review, I don’t want it to become too difficult to book an appointment lol I am really pleased with the service here. They were caring and gentle with my dog. I actually see the doctor instead of just staff. I work in Surgery myself and have been very hesitant to have my dogs teeth cleaned due to the fact that everywhere I go they want to pull all of his teeth. This was not the case here he got an excellent cleaning, with the advice of following up on a couple teeth that didn’t look good. Today my dog has all of his teeth that are clean and shiny and he’s doing very well. I will be a customer here forever. I don’t feel like I’m oversold on things that are not needed and I feel that he is very Thoroughly looked at. Thanks so much for your great service.

Best vet in Vancouver! Not only do they provide quality care but their “bedside manner” is top notch. I know my 3 dogs are always in such great care when coming here. Danielle is always so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

10/10 recommend! The whole staff is so friendly and you can tell how much they care about animals. The clinic is super clean and the exam rooms are quiet. Both veterinarians are amazing, passionate and knowledgeable. Love that it’s a privately owned practice and not part of a corporation. Prices are great too! If you’re looking for a new vet I cannot recommend Horizon Vet enough

Dr. Haddock was genuinely kind, well-trained, and it is easy to see loves her work. She is thoughtful about costs and discusses all treatment options. We are delighted to have met a veterinarian like her.

Very lucky that I was able to establish my dog here. We love Dr. Haddock and will follow her anywhere cause she’s that awesome! Danielle & Cobey are super sweet and very helpful!

Dr. Reading, Dr. Haddock and staff are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. My dog gets weekly acupuncture from Dr. Reading and it has made his quality of life so much better. Dr. Haddock has seen him since birth, and we will not see anyone else! I can not recommend the team at Horizon enough!
